The accommodation

My typical ground floor house is located in a typical neighborhood built in 1880 called «Poble Nou». It is very close to the center of town. All rooms face the street. House with high ceilings, clean, simple. It has a large bed room (150 cm.) And another room with two bunk beds and single bed. It can accommodate up to 5 people. Kitchen equipped with all the necessary to cook if desired. It has microwave, kettle, toaster, blender, juicer, kitchen cloth, and all the necessary household items to eat at home.

It has sheets and towels for free (ask for stays longer than 1 week)

It is located five minutes walking from the "beach Center", beautiful sandy beach with all the services to sunbathe in a pleasant way. It is also very close to another stone beach, wilder, with "chiringuito" in summer, it is the beach "Les puntes del moro".

Taking a walk across the bridge over the Amadorio River, we find ourselves in the center of the town and in the Central Market.

The supermarket is 1 minute from the house. Cafes and restaurants very close. Also the train and bus that connects Alicante, Benidorm, ......

Setting

My house presents a modern decoration. It has been refurbished and has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a living room with a flat-screen TV, 1 sofa and an armchair. The kitchenette is equipped with microwave and washing machine, extractor fan, juicer, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, pots, pans and other kitchenware. Clean and simple can accommodate up to 5 people in both rooms.

It is a quiet area, where you can park on the street without problems.

It has very close supermarkets ("Mercadona" 50 meters, and "Mas y Mas" that opens on Sundays and holidays). The church is also nearby and 500 m. Several bars, restaurants and cafes.

What we can visit:
Taking a walk you can visit our Historic Center, with typical houses of colored facades, the Fortress Church of Our Lady of the Assumption of Catalan Gothic style and the Renancentist Walls of the Costera la Mar.

You can also visit the central market, and have a snack in the bar at the front door.

Another very advisable walk is the one that can be taken along the promenade of the beach center, where you can enjoy the scenery and the good weather until you reach the marina. You also have to visit the crystal clear coves: Cala Bol Nou, Cala La Caleta, Cala Puntes del Moro ...

In the afternoon, you can attend the arrival of the fishing boats and witness the fish auction in the Fish Port Fish Market with fish auctions.

We can not forget our typical gastronomy, based on bay fish. They come from all over to taste our rice, seafood, and "puntxadetes".

Excellent restaurants on the beach and in the village where you can enjoy our well-known and traditional "vilera cuisine".

The Poble Nou is the birthplace of «La pebrereta», a typical vilero dish. A contest is held the first week of June.

Moors and Christians:
From July 24 to 29. Another reason to come to my house are the festivities of "Moors and Christians" with its spectacular "Landing", declared of «National Tourist Interest» Parties and tranquility will be enjoyed.
