Vera aquapark is a 3 minute drive away and the villa is ideally situated for other beach resorts of villaricos, garrucha and mojacar.

Bed 3 – first floor. Two single beds. Fitted wardrobes. Sun terrace with view to the beach and sea.

Family bathroom (first floor) – bath/shower, bidet, wc, marbled topped vanity unit.
Ground floor – shower, wc and pedestal basin.

Kitchen:
fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, fridge-freezer, hob, oven, grill, microwave and kettle. The kitchen is fully equipped with crockery, cutlery, pots and pans. Granite worktops. Washing machine is housed on the back terrace in a locked marbled top cupboard with outside sink.

neutrally decorated with cream leather sofas, tv, dvd player and free to view english tv. Air conditioning. Wifi.

Front sun terrace:
the front terrace has full sun in the afternoon so is equipped with a large parasol, sofa, two armchairs and coffee table.

Outside:
in addition to the front terrace and bedroom terraces there is ample space for sun bathing on the sun loungers in the front landscaped patio garden complete with orange tree. The rear garden terrace has views towards the beach and houses the outdoor bbq and large dining table and 6 chairs. It is attractively maintained with potted plants and shielded from neighbours with natural screening.
