The apartment is a first flat inside of a luxury fenced private Urbanization located in front of the sea, 10 m. from the beach with garden and swimming pool.

The apartment faces sun in the morning, is very quiet and has a spacious terrace (12 meters) overlooking the garden, the swimming pool and the sea.

Car parking in the basement of the building accessible by lift or by stairs.

1 big double room conected with the terrace, 1 double room with two beds and an additional one with window sighting the see, 1complete bath room with window.

Small paradise

The first time we stayed in this apartment we decided we would come back. Now we are trying to go there twice a year. Every time we arrive it feels like coming home. The sea is lovely to swim in and the beach is very spacious, nice and clean. Never crowed. It is near Calafell where you will find nice restaurants and shops. The apartment itself is very nice . We love the view from the balcony and late at night we will sit and listen to the sea The apartment is part of a small complex. All the apartments are owned by private people. Not many of them are up for rent. The whole complex is looked after well. The nice owners of this apartment are very good people. They are looking after their apartment well and are very easy to communicate with. What more can we say about this lovely place. We like everything about it and next time it will be our 8th time going there.
