The accommodation

Penthouse with 4 bedrooms, 2 complete bathrooms on the first beach line, 20 meters to the beach. Enjoy the spectacular setting, the panoramic views of “Ría de Arousa” and the relaxed lifestyle offered in housing development with private garden and barbacues.
Designed to rest and delight all the members of the family in all the seasons of the year.
The apartment includes if necessary travel crib, baby bathtub, bed barrier, toys and children books, that will make children stay more pleasant. In summer season you can have beach towels, sun umbrella, beach toy set for children; etc.; and in winter season central heating with programmable temperature control, double comforter in every bed and throws for the sofa chaise-longue in the living room.
You can wake up seeing the sunrise from the bed and enjoy either an unforgettable beach day in the summer, or the pleasure to watch the ”Ría” a thunderstorm day in winter.
Located in Palmeira, a small and peaceful fishing village, it is very well connected by highway with the main Galician cities. You will get to Santiago de Compostela or Pontevedra in 40 minutes, to Vigo in 1 hour and to A Coruña in 1 hour and 15 minutes. This way you can combine taking a rest, the natural environment and the amazing local cuisine with tourism.
You can take a break for a few days, have a different weekend, rest after the road to Santiago, etc., in a spacious penthouse on the first beach line with:

 1 sqm. Living room that offers expansive views of the inviting, blue-green sea; 2,80 m. sofa with chaise-longue, 6-8 people dining table, TV and DVD.
 Fully equipped kitchen with: ceramic stove top, pyrolitic oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, botton freezer refrigerator, mixer, toaster, electric coffeemaker, kettle, juicer, blender and electric fryer.

Great location and apartment

We loved this apartment. And in palmeira. Fully equipped with anything you could need or even imagine. Even if you need something the owner will do anything to make your time in his apartment the absolute best. He was very attentive and provide us with plenty of suggestions on where to go to eat and visits in the area. I hope we can all go back soon. The garage is very tight with many columns but there is a free outdoor parking lot next to the apartment building

Great, Spacious Apartment

We've rented several places in spain and a few times in palmeira and this is easily the best place we've rented. We tayed here for ~10 days in early july 2019. Jose manuel is an excellent host and the apartment is well cared for. It's the top floor and overlooks the ria and a beach, with a great view and the apartment has lots of small touches (a well appointed kitchen with a good selection of pans, dishes, and gear; 2 tvs with netflix, 4 bedrooms with excellent beds) that make it unusual for spain and for this out of the way town. It's nicely decorated spacious. Suggest parking in the sizable gravel lot next to the building as the car park in the basement is ok but has lots of pillars and is hard to navigate. In all an excellent place and value
