The accommodation

Apartament of 70 m2, reformed, exterior with lots of paylight, very quiet neighboorhood, very close to swimming pool, shops, medical services and small bars.

Excellent for families or small groups of friends who'd like to spend time in nature (mountains 5 min, beaches 30 min, sky 45 min). At 10 min from Oviedo and 30 min form Gijón.
We speak Spanish, English, German and Dutch.

Setting

The apartament has a fully equipe kitchen with "Dolce Gusto" coffee machine. We'll provide coffe for the first days. You'll also find washing machine, bathroom towels, sheets and hair dryer.

Municipal swimming pool in front of the apartament, recreational areas as well as children's areas at walking distance, bars, bakery (next-door), supermarket, pharmacy and health center.

Activities and attractions

You'll be in a small residential area with all possible serveices available. Ideal for long mountain walks, at side of the "Angliru" and "Monsacro" mountains tops. Beaches at 30 minutes in Gijón, cultural trips to Oviedo at 10 minutes. Station sky at 40 minutes in Valgrande, Pajares &
