It is a duplex with a large terrace overlooking the communal area with pool.
Located in a quiet complex and 10 minutes walk from the beach of Riells.
It is distributed on the ground floor: open kitchen, toilet, living room and a large terrace.
On the first floor with air conditioner, there are 3 double bedrooms and a bathroom.
1 bedroom: bed of 150 X 190 cm. 2 bedroom: 2 beds of 90 X 190 cm. 3 bedroom 2 beds 90 X 190 cm. and 2 plegatines.
