The accommodation

apartment completely renovated in 2015.

68 m2 apartment located in the center of Rome, a few minutes from St. Peter's Basilica, on the 1st floor of an elegant building with doorman.
on a private, quiet and entirely external road.
It consists of: entrance, living room, bedroom, bathroom and kitchen.
-Entrance.
-bathroom: shower with screen (measurements 140 x 80 cm), hairdryer, washing machine.
-kitchen: dishwasher, refrigerator, espresso coffee machine (moka), kettle, mixer, glasses, plates and all complete crockery, table for 4-5 people.
-bedroom: a double bed (160 cm) with 24" inch television and a single bed (90 cm) separated by a wardrobe. orthopedic mattresses.
-living-dining room: extendable table for 6 people, sofa bed for two (145 cm), with 32 inch television (smart TV) and telephone.
The apartment is fully furnished, equipped with central heating (with the possibility of heating each room according to needs) and air conditioning.
The apartment is located in a private street (photo: view of the street from the apartment) exactly where the locals live but one step away from the majestic St. Peter's Basilica visited every day by multitudes of people.
From the apartment you can easily walk to Castel Sant'Angelo, the Palace of Justice, Piazza Navona, the Pantheon... and its excellent location allows you to discover the city through an enchanting walk to the Trevi Fountain and Plaza de Spain. The apartment is also well served by public transport if you prefer to go to more distant locations. Let's also say that with the San Pedro station just a few minutes walk from the apartment there is a very convenient connection to Fiumicino airport, Civitavecchia, Pisa etc...
The area is full of restaurants, bars, pharmacies, pizzerias, supermarkets. also a restaurant for celiacs open all day and a point of sale specializing in the sale of only gluten-free products.
The apartment is only 20 km from the most famous and trendy beach in Rome: Fregene.
