It has a bath and a fully equipped kitchen and two bathrooms. All rooms are exterior-facing. It has a terrace where you can store bicycles or make meals.

Located in "Antiguo" district, 50 meters from the beach. All plain, not costs. In a circle of 100 meters there are shops of grocers, butchers, fishmongers, bakery, pharmacy, Sports Centre and banks and trade of all kinds. In addition to children's playground and terrace area.
