The accommodation

La Finca is a beautiful exclusive property in one of Spain´s most sought-after seaside areas. With 15 bedrooms the villas are perfect for groups from 15 to 34 people. If you are a smaller party wishing the luxury of having plenty of space La Finca is equally suitable. Both villas have their own kitchen where you can prepare your meals – or have a cook do it for you. And taking a step outside your rooms you can take a dip in your own (heated) swimming pool, relax on the sun beds and have a siesta under your own palm trees…

The property has its own professional property manager who makes sure that the property is in top condition. The property manager will welcome you to your holiday home and is always reachable if you need assistance during your stay or if you wish to be given recommendations and information about the local area.

Good to know:
Pool heating is charged separately (if not stated otherwise) and has to be booked in writing minimum 4 weeks prior to arrival. If and when the pool heating can be used is entirely depending on local weather conditions. When the outside temperature is too low the heating will automatically shut down and heating will not be possible. However, under “normal” weather circumstances the pool heating can be used during Spring and Autumn (April & October) to increase the temperature of the water from about 18 to about 24 degrees Celsius. The renter needs to cover the pool with the provided pool cover during the nights. The Renter is not entitled any payback on the rental price of the property due to any problems with the pool heating or unsatisfactory water temperature.
There is a separate owners apartment on the premises. It has its own private entrance and will not in any way disturb the complete privacy of the Renter.
The Sauna is booked on request and is not included in the rental price.
Air conditioning (hot/cold) is always included in the rental price and Central Heating can be booked separately at a surcharge (recommended in winter).

Setting

The two villas are located but a stone’s throw from the Mediterranean town of Jávea, host to one of Europe’s best year-round climates. With a mere hour’s journey from both Alicante and Valencia airports, the trip to La Finca puts little strain on both schedules and wallets. The area offers several award-winning beaches and a plethora of exciting activities.

Activities and attractions

The beautiful see is laying close to La Finca and also a lot of beaches with the ulimate hig from Granadella beach, one of the 3 most beautiful beaches of all Spain.
The city centre of Javea is a must see with a lot of typical Spanish restaurants, the markethal with fresh fish, meat, bread, grossery's and two bars/ restaurants where you will sit between the locals.
There are lot of places where you can hike or go by mountainbikes with hearthbreaking views.
Nearby the are three golfcourts whit all facilities you want and the is one restaurant called Flo where you practise putting. They also have two masive TV's where you can watch sport games.
In and arround Javea there are a lot of Cyclists who train in the winter month's and one of the famoust, team SD worx is staying in this period at La Finca!
