Braga is the oldest Portuguese city and one of the oldest Christian cities in the world, founded in Roman times as Bracara Augusta, has more than 2000 years of history as a city. Located in northern Portugal, more specifically in the Valley Cávado.

In popular jargon is known as:

The "City of the Archbishops'; for centuries its archbishop was the most important in the Iberian Peninsula, is still holding the title of Primate of the Spains.

The "Portuguese Rome": in the sixteenth century archbishop Diogo de Sousa, influenced by his visit to Rome, designed a new city where the squares and churches abound as in Rome. In this respect is also associated with the fact that there are a number of churches per square km .

Warm Friendly Comfortable

The apartment is comfortable, very well equipped and situated at a short distance (8 minutes) from the Braga Bus Station. The owner is the very friendly and very responsive to your requests. It is also an intelligent, reasonable and warm person.

Good sized apartment

The apartment was spotlessly clean and well equipped, with the beds in particular having lovely covers and being very comfortable. Just over 10 minutes walk to the main square. The owner was very friendly and helpful.

So friendly!

The apartment was great, lovely and spacious with everything needed to cook meals and really live in the apartment. The owner was so friendly and really looked after us, so that we really enjoyed our weekend in this beautiful city!
