The accommodation

The apartment is located inside the Villaggio Pineta Club in Porto Potenza Picena and is part of a terraced house, made up of 5 units; It has an independent entrance, reserved parking space and direct access to the beach.

Although the beach is not reserved, it is generally not very frequented, as it requires non-residents to walk a certain length.

The apartment measures 60 square meters; the garden with access to the beach is 55 square meters.

The accommodation has a maximum of 7 beds: a double bedroom, a room with 2 bunk beds and the possibility of a third folding bed (standard size) and two sofa beds in the living room. The house has dishes for 6 people.

The apartment does not have heating.

It is also equipped with a washing machine, fridge, freezer, oven, television, iron, hairdryer, linen and towels (including beach ones). The garden is equipped with a covered gazebo, table, 8 chairs, 2 beach loungers. The Pineta Club village has a tennis court.

Porto Potenza Picena is a renowned seaside resort, in the immediate vicinity of Civitanova Marche. From here the towns of Sirolo, Numana, Loreto, Recanati, Macerata and Fermo can be reached in less than half an hour.
