Semi-detached house in small and quiet urbanization with communal pool in the heart of the beautiful Cerdanya valley. It is a corner house with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living / dining room, kitchen with bar and loft. It has a private garden. The house has heating and chimney and is fully equipped.
Setting
The urbanization is located at the foot of the village, right next to the river Vanera. The Cerdanya Valley is a wide open valley where many picturesque villages are found and as the center there is the town of Puigcerdá. In winter the mountains around are snowy. In summer there is usually a very pleasant climate.
Activities and attractions
There are several ski resorts around. Granvalira station in Andorra is 40 minutes away by car. It is ideal also in summer since you can do all kinds of outdoor activities (bicycle, hiking, ravines, climbing, horse riding, etc.)
