The accommodation

Charming flat in the very historical city center, Art Distric, with lift and a 30m2 balcony - you can enjoy the sun or eat a meal while enjoying a panoramic view over Cascais Bay, Estoril Coast and Sintra.

Has a suite bedroom (couple bed), a living room with sofa bed, bathroom (with window and shower) and full kitchen (with window), internacional tv, high speed internet / wifi , hairdryer.

Close to the beach (150 meters), mall, marina, in a quiet and safe building and street, next to the city center. You d ònt need a car!

Parking on the building for a small car and transferes (upon request, availability and payment).

Small pets are welcome ( upon a cleaning fee - 50 euros)

Safety: first aid and fire extinguisher.

It is located in the historical center, Art District, with 14 museums, 2 parks and a cultural center.

Close to 5 wonderful beaches (150 m), with direct access via a sea wall, a luxury marina (200 m), and the train and bus station to Sintra, Porto and city center of Lisbon ( hop on hop off, 200 meters).

In a walking distance, city center, you have 2 shopping centers, supermarkets, cinema,bars, pastry shops, cafes, bars, restaurants and nightlife (Largo Camões), pharmacies, hairdressers, spa and swimming pool, tennis, golf and even thermal treatments!

Advantage to be close to Lisbon city center (20 minutes by car, train and now everyday, the bus hop on hop off, 200 meters away), Sintra (bus and hop on hop off) and Porto (bus express).

27 Km from Portela International Airport (metro or aerobus and direct train from Cais do Sodré station, car / taxi, availble on request).

Walking, swimming, jogging, biking ( rental bicycles 100 meters away), outdoor gymnastics on the seawall (at a distance of 3 km, with direct access to 5 beaches), surfing, windsurfing, and sailing.
biking, practicing (schools) surfing, windsurfing, bodyboarding, horse riding (200 m), spa swimming pool (200); (Sailing, rental and organized boat trips), cultural activities - visits to museums, cinema (50 to 200 meters).

For gourmets, it is a pleasure to go to Cascais market or choose one of the restaurants, all in a walking distance.

Ideal place for golf lovers! You can find 8 golf courses within a 15 km radius. The fields are considered the best in Europe and the world (Oitavos Dunes is one of the Top 100 worldwide).

If you're feeling lucky, go to Casino Estoril (one of Europe's largest) where you can watch live shows, live music or go to one of its many restaurants, bars or Jezebel nightclub.

Easy to go to Lisbon city and historic center, Sintra, Porto (express bus), Guincho (by foot, bus), Cabo da Roca (bus, car, hop on hop off), Queluz, Mafra, Ericeira, Óbidos, Sesimbra and Évora (car / taxi / excursions).
