The accommodation
The TOSCAMAR villa with its Ibizan style exterior is well preserved inside and out and with all current comforts, large garden with trees, plants and grass and private pool.
Perfect situation to enjoy Jávea near the Arenal but with the tranquility of nature. The white cove is only 400 m away. and El Arenal at 1800 m.
The villa is spacious and cozy, distributed over 2 floors offers its tenants plenty of space to enjoy a vacation.
We found the bedrooms on the ground floor and we went up to the living room, kitchen and terraces.
Inside we find 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower and 1 bathroom with bathtub, gas cooker and oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, microwave, water heater, toaster ... living room with TV .. dining room with access to the balcony to enjoy meals and / or evenings outdoors and also a rooftop to enjoy the sun and tranquility overlooking the Montgo and the sea.
