1. Route to the monument of Columbus, 4 kms from our farmhouse. The setting of the treasure is in the place known as Valcuevo but not in the park that bears that name, which many salmantinos come at the weekends, but in the farm of Valcuevo. Our treasure is located near the Columbus Monument. This monument was erected in the place called Valcuevo in 1866 in commemoration of the passage of Christopher Columbus by Salamanca on the occasion of the explanation of his theories on the New World.
