Apartment built in 2005. Located in the historic center and pedestrian area of the city, next to the Guadalete river, very close to the railway station, public transport, and in front of the maritime station with a catamaran to Cádiz
In the scarce 500 meters that separate the house from Playa de la Puntilla, there are magnificent sports facilities such as the Municipal Pools, the Real Club Náutico, and the Sports City. The promenade of Playa de la Puntilla runs to the facilities of Puerto Sherry.
Pleasant and quiet residence a few meters from the traditional Osborne and Caballero wineries. Next to Romerijo, the good restaurants and tapas bars, and the leisure area of the Port.
