Cozy stylish apartment (bright and fresh, 50m2) for 2-4 people in the center of El Campello, located in a great, calm and clean neighborhood, next to the park, only few steps from beautiful and sandy beach (5-minute walk).
Perfect for couples, families and short trippers.
Fully equipped and furnished. Featuring air-conditioning, air-ventilation and free Wi-Fi. First floor, 2 lifts, silent and respectful zone. Safe housing estate - a key gate.
The accommodation:
Living room with: sofa beds (full-sized) for 2 people, shelfs and brand new flatscreen TV.
Bedroom: with double bed, wardrobe and bedside tables, bedding, blackout blinds. Baby cot on request.
Well equipped kitchen with: fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, electric hob, toaster, italian coffee pot (moka pot), dining table, dishes.
Bathroom with: shower and WC, iron/board, hair dryer, towels.
The most wonderful place in the apartment is a large terrace (12m2) overlooking the park and palm trees with additional dining table for 4 people and chairs for sunbathing. The perfect place to catch up over a cup of coffee.
Take a walk along the 2 km promenade of El Campello, where there are numerous of restaurants, bars, shops and lovely yacht harbor at the end of promenade.

Setting

El Campello is in excellent location in a heart of Costa Blanca. The nearest airport is Alicante Airport, 21 km from apartment. The best way to arrive from Airport to the Apartment is by Taxi, but you can do it by comfortable Tram or Bus too. The tram station “El Campello” is on the back of the building (10 m from the apartment).

No car is needed because beaches, supermarkets, shops, bars, restaurants are within a walking distance.

• golf course next to El Campello (Bonalba golf),
• pedestrian zone next to the beach with all sorts of shops, restaurants and bars.
• there are many championship golf courses are around Alicante, all within one hour’s drive of the resort,
• with crystal clear waters and excellent year-round weather make for an ideal place for water sports such as sailing, scuba.

Terms and rules:
* Check In at 16.00 h and Check Out at 10.00 h. Check-in in the night - after 22.00 will incur additional costs.
* Bedlinens and towels are included. There is NO beach towels. Please take your own.
* Costs (electricity, water, wi-fi, air-conditioning, air-ventilation etc.): included.
* Apartment for non-smokers, please do not smoke in the apartment.
* No pets allowed.
* No events/parties.
* Neighbourhood quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. – 8:00 a.m. Please respect also rest hours from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., especially in the pool.
* Garage place is possible - underground with direct access (on request).
* It is also possible to park in a public place in front of the building.
* Collect keys: on-site the day of arrival. Only one door key set available.
* Please do not leave the air conditioning ON when you leave the apartment.
