The accommodation

WINTER season for weeks or months offers. Beautiful rural house located in the urbanization Berrocales de Alpedrete, 7 bedrooms, one suite and one with fireplace, 3 bathrooms, 1 living room with fireplace. Internet and Smart TV with Netflix and Movistar. It has a large private pool (salted) within a large garden with barbecue.
Just 45 km from Madrid which translates into 25 minutes by the A-6. It is a few kilometers from El Escorial, Navacerrada.
The house is fully equipped, we have firewood for the fireplace or barbecue. Possibility of requesting a crib and highchair for a baby at no extra cost.
The maximum capacity of the house is up to 14 + 2 people (the latter 2 in extra beds) and is distributed as follows:
Upstairs:
1 suite with double bed (bed 180) with its respective bathroom and terrace.
1 bedroom with double bed (bed 160)
1 bedroom with twin beds
1 bedroom with two beds (twin beds (90x200). Through this room you go to another room in an attic where there are also two twin beds of 90, with the possibility of putting an extra bed of 80.

1 large bedroom suite with sofa and three beds of 90 with the possibility of including an extra bed of 80, desk table and fireplace.

Important: The swimming pool is open from May 12 to October 15.

Setting

It is located in a very quiet urbanization, easy access to the A6 highway, near San Lorenzo del Escorial, Navacerrada, 40 km from Madrid, and 40 km from Segovia.
Train to Madrid and Segovia 15 minutes walk from the house.
Bus to Madrid at 10 minutes walking distance
In addition to 8 minutes drive you can access to shopping centers
