The accommodation

The apartment has three bedrooms (one with double bed, two bedrooms with two single beds each one, convertible in double bed), living room with double sofa bed, bathroom, kitchen, storage room and balcony.)
Fully furnished and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay: TV, Wi-fi, air conditioning with heat pump, refrigerator, oven, ceramic hob, washing machine, microwaves, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, hairdryer, iron.
In the kitchen you will find basics as olive oil, vinegar, salt, spices, sugar and coffee.
There is Mini Valuables Safe.
You can require for free a baby crib, children's bed (1,90 m), highchair and baby changer top.
For stays of more than 1 week, we can arrange a cleaner to go to the apartment. (If you are interested please inquire for price).
In the lobby you will find useful tourist information and a city guide.

Other things to note:

At the check-in is required the payment in cash or with card (in Euros) of:

- € 200 of security deposit refunded at the check-out.
- 0,45 € per person and day up to a maximum of 7 days of "Tourism Tax" applied by the Catalonia government.

Check-in is between 14:00 and 20:00.

In case of arrival after 20:00 pm, an extra fee is required:
From 20:00 to 22:00 pm ................ 15 euros
From 22:00 to 00:00 pm ................ 30 euros
From 00:00 to 02:00 am ................ 50 euros´

Check-out: Until 10:00 in the morning (we can be flexible depending on the time of the next check-in).

Setting

The neighborhood:

The apartment is located in Hospitalet, near the Fira, between the center of Barcelona and the airport.
It is an ideal location for professional visits to some of the fairs that are installed along the Gran Via.
This area is surrounded by local shops, cafes, bakeries, restaurants and supermarkets.
There are metro stops near the apartment and several buses connecting to the center of Barcelona regularly, day and night.

Getting around:

5 minutes from the apartment there's SANTA EULALIA metro stop, red line (L1), which took you directly to the center of Barcelona in 10 minutes, as well as to many other tourist attractions.
10 minutes from the apartment there's also COLLBLANC metro stop with access to the lines:
- Blue line (L5), which connects directly to Passeig de Gracia (where Casa Batlló and La Pedrera are located). It also takes you directly to the Sagrada Familia, and to Sants Station (main train station of Barcelona, with many bus stops and metro L3).
- Orange line (L9), connects directly to the airport.
