Four bedroom villa with separate apartment fully furnished and fully equipped. The villa has a separate private pool with sea and mountain views. It also has Samsung HD TV 65 "with channels from different countries, Air conditioning, Wifi, barbecue, deckchairs, ... etc ...

The Villa is located in a privileged spot on the Costa del Sol, in Urbanization La Vista, two minutes walk to the center of Benalmadena Pueblo where you can find the beauty and charm of its streets and squares with its typical tapas bars, Supermarkets, shops and restaurants.
Easy access, the Villa is 2 minutes from the Motorway with the possibility of visiting Marbella 30 minutes by car, Torremolinos 10 minutes and Malaga capital about 20 minutes.
Activities and attractions
The Villa is located 4 km from the Tivoli World Attractions Park, Selwo Marina and the Cable Car where you can observe the breathtaking views from the mountain as well as witness a spectacle with eagles Rapaces, walk along its paths and viewpoints and discover the Milky way in the open-air Planetarium in the summer season.
The Buddhist Stupa and the second largest Butterfly in Europe are only 1 km as well as the Castilllo de Colomares.
Puerto Marina is about 5 km away and the golf courses are 1 km away. approximately.
The beach and coastal area can be reached within 2 km.

Travellers' opinions
Overall the property was very good however a few minor considerations would have made the property and our holiday perfect for example, no television and no tea/coffee making facilities in the lower apartment, ripped shower curtain, whilst the tv in the main apartment worked the volume was very low and no matter what we did the volume could not be increased, a lack of serving dishes in the kitchen, toaster not working, thread bare outside seating and finally holed towels. These small considerations would make guests stays far, far better
Amazing villa
This is such an amazing villa. We just came back from staying a week and loved it. We were 2 families staying there (8 ppl) and had plenty of space as they also have an apartment below with separate entrance. Pool area is amazing and the villa is clean and have everything you need. There is seperate aircon in all the bedrooms and living room which was perfect as it was very hot when we were there. The villa is basically 5-8 minutes walk (very steep roads) from the main road so you are close to everything. Highly recommend!

The Villa
7 Mature Ladies of the one family we loved the villa so much that Francisco is preparing a new contract for us for May 20\20. Fabulous villa great outdoor space everything as we expected! Roll on May 20/20. Thank-you Francisco Jane,Marianne,Jane (2) Jennifer, Celline ,Martine and Nicola.
