The accommodation
This modern dwelling was built in 2016. A high quality construction with excellent finishes offering comfort and functionality. The ground floor of the house has an entrance hall and access to the modern kitchen, connecting with the lounge, with 1 bedroom plus en suite, and with a separate bathroom. The upper floor offers 4 bedrooms with en suites, one with a large terrace giving attractive views of the landscape, swimming pool heated (on prior request of €200 per week)and garden. Returning to the ground floor, the lounge leads directly out to swimming pool and landscaped gardens. The open air space has facilities for holding barbecues with views of the pool.
