Relax in this magnificent, rustic, calm, fabulous villa located in the heart of Costa Blanca, between the sea and mountains.

Setting

Villa has 300 m2 and the plot 3.500 m2. It has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one ensuite), in a bedroom there is a sofa-bed and in a separate area there are 2 beds for four more guests.
Villa has two large terraces, one facing the south and the pool and garden.
By the south garden are a fantastic kitchen-BBQ and a bath in the garden.

There is also a private parking for some cars.

the garden has lots of palms tree, fruit trees and grass.

Within the 3.500 m2 of gardens and orange groves there is reception/concierge for any assistance that guests may require during their stay completely separate in other area.

Parcent is a lovely tipycal country side town in the heart of the Costa Blanca.
Parcent, located in the Valley of Pop where you can found other nice small towns ideal for a relaxing holidays.
it is surrounded by mountains and forests.
The beach of Calpe is just 20 minutes drive.
Other places you could visit at less than 30 minutes are Denia, Javea, Benidorm, etc
