The accommodation

Apartment located on the ground-floor, features a cosy living room with kitchen, a large master-bedroom with a double bedroom and a single bed and a bathroom with shower.
All of our comfortable apartments are equipped with electric oven, refrigerator with deep freeze compartment, satellite TV, heating system and private entrance.

- Set in beautiful garden surroundings the beautiful 32x16 foot swiming-pool is located right outside the apartments. Our holiday home is set against a breath-taking backdrop of golden fields of wheat and wide expanses of bright yellow sunflowers. The garden features a practical barbecue for guests to enjoy lovely outdoor dinners in the warm summer nights.

- The washing-machine room is accessed by means of a short flight of steps by the pool and is shared by all guests.

- Ample private parking is available to our guests.

Our holiday home is located in San Lorenzo, a small country village in close proximity to the charming town of Cortona, a superb ancient Etruscan town. Set in the heart of the charming Tuscan countryside in attractve natural surroundings holiday home is the ideal place to spend a relaxing holiday under the Tuscan sun and strategically located to easily reach all major tourist attractions in no time at all.

Activities and attractions

Ideally located in the heart of the charming Tuscan countryside holiday home is an ideal base for day-trips to all major tourist destinations of Umbria and Tuscany. Below we provide some interesting tours we recommend.
- Cortona, the superb hill-top town originally founded by the Etruscans, is only a five minute drive away from our holiday home.
- Castiglione Del Lago, a charming small town perched on a promontory overlooking lake Trasimeno, is only a 10 minute drive away.
- Another interesting tour includes a visit to Perugia, the Umbrian capital, Assisi, birthplace of St. Francis and Gubbio. The Siena-Perugia toll-free speedway is only ¾ mile from our holiday home.
