La Baita has been designed and thought in order to live in the best way every kind of stay, situated on the first floor of an historical neapolitan building with inner court. The apartment is well-finished, the furniture items are handmade. The wooden beamed ceiling, the parquet and the wrought-iron bed make the atmosphere warm and comfortable.
It can host up to 3 people, provided with a queen-size bed, a sofa bed, living room with kitchenette, bathroom with shower. Anymore, La Baita has a balcony that faces one of the most characteristic streets of the neighborhood, to admire the chaotic and lively neapolitan life.
The apartment is provided with full-equipped kitchen, fridge, wi-fi, hair-dryer, linen, tv, heating, air-conditioning, welcome kit.

It is situated in a central position in the lively and picturesque neighborhood Chiaia, only 50 mt from Piazza Plebiscito.
It is located on one of the most beautiful and folkloristic neighborhood of Naples, the historical building is 50 mt from Piazza Plebiscito, one of the most beautiful square of the city, with the Real Palace and San Carlo Theatre. A stone's throw from one of the main street of the city, via Toledo, pedestrian and shopping area. The enchanting promenade is distant only 500 mt, full of restaurants, pubs and pizzerias.
Municipio's metro stop and the bus parking, are at 500 mt from the building.
As an alternative, at only 700 mt, it's possible to reach Toledo art station, considered the most beautiful of all Europe.
