Apartment in private urbanization. First line of beach totally conditioned (flat TV 32”, heating, washing machine, fridge, microwave, iron, dishwasher, ceramic hob, private parking and communal garden). 2 double bedrooms, for 4-5 persons. American living room and 2 sunny terraces. First line of beach. Very sunny.
Prices:
* For June and September 100 €/night (including community and parking).
* For July and August 130 €/night (including community and parking).
* All year, 525 €/month (including community and parking).
* From September to June, 425 €/month (including common areas and parking).
With TV, washing machine, refrigerator, microwave, iron, dishwasher, ceramic hob and communal garden.

Garage included. Pets are allowed.
In case of cancellation, the reservation will have a maximum period of 15 days for its return.
Sheets and towels optional. With supplement (100 € / night).
Method of payment: 300 € at the time of booking in cash or transfer, the rest upon delivery of keys.

It is 7 km from Foz 15 from Ribadeo, 5 km from the beach of Las Catedrales, recently included among the best beaches in the world.
