The accommodation
This modern apartment located in Madrid (Lavapiés neighborhood)can be defined as a studio that has, in addition to the studio and the bathroom, an additional bedroom. It is on the second floor with an elevator. Located in the central Lavapiés neighborhood, it is an excellent option for business trips, tourists, families with children, the elderly and, in general, for those who wish to be close to the main points of the old city.
The apartment is on the second floor with an elevator. It has heating and air conditioning by heat pump (it has three splits), and it has two balconies that overlook the Plaza de Lavapiés.
In the living room there is a double bed and in the bedroom there is a trundle bed with two single beds.
The apartment's kitchen is complete, it has an induction hob, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, dryer, coffee maker, dishes and a set of minor utensils.
Bed linen and towels are provided.
Setting
The apartment is very well connected, close to several urban bus lines, metro (Lavapies (L3) and Antón Martín (L1)) and not far from the Atocha train station, the most important in Madrid. It is 10-15 minutes walk from Puerta del Sol and other important areas of the old city, which can also be reached in a few minutes by metro.
Near the apartment there are a large number of restaurants, tapas bars, shops, supermarkets and public parking lots.

Everything you need. Clean as an operating theatre. Four balcony doors out to open square, therefore loads of daylight (no houses on the other side). Nice, quiet and local neighbourhood. 7 min. Walk from main station. 24 hour open supermarket just down the stairs. Nice, reliable landlord. The apartment looks exactly like in the photos. At departure the deposit was returned to me at the initiative of the landlord (in my confusion i had fortgotten everything about it myself)
