Mountain Residence with a fireplace

The accommodation

The accommodation is located in the mountains in Campo di Giove, Abruzzo, at about 1100 meters above sea level on the Maiella. It 'located on the second floor of a small building in a Residence.

The accommodation comprises a living room with fireplace and kitchenette, a table with chairs, a cupboard and a sofa bed in front of the fireplace, a large bedroom, a small bedroom and a bathroom with shower. And 'finally a large balcony with a wonderful panoramic view of the mountains.

The accommodation is equipped with wood-burning fireplace, TV, and full kitchen with all utensils, oven, blankets, pillows, appliances. Guests only need to bring bedding and towels.

The house has 6 beds:
a double bed in the large room,
a bunk bed in a small room,
a sofa bed for two in the living room.

Heating is natural gas and is produced by two stoves located in the living room and bedroom, along with a powerful fireplace located in the living room.

Setting

The accommodation is located in a Residence, Campo di Giove, a small tourist resort of Abruzzo.

The Residence is a structure with avenues, gardens, pitches with barbecue, indoor parking and a free tennis court for all guests.

Is located in a very scenic place: you see almost the entire mountain range of the Maiella.
It is also close to the town square of Campo di Giove, but also in a secluded area.
Suitable for families, young people and to anyone who wants a quiet and private place.

Shops and public services of Campo di Giove are in the immediate vicinity and within walking distance.

Activities and attractions

The rich and varied landscape of Abruzzo ski areas include resorts catering to skiers of sporting tastes, and others that can accommodate as smoothly beginners and family groups.

For the cross-country skiing routes linking Passo San Leonardo in Fonte Romana are a great opportunity to immerse yourself in an unspoilt area. In these areas it is also possible to practice ski touring, for example by following the Rava route that goes from the White Mare Monte Amaro with 1500 m in altitude.

For lovers of mountain and trekking there are high-altitude routes which in some cases are very tiring but repays the effort made, both in the natural and landscaped.

The Majella National Park offers many trails that meet both experienced hikers that casual visitors wishing to take a short walk. Most of the trails of the Maiella National Park were created by scoring those who were the ancient paths of these mountains.
