The accommodation
“Villa 3 palmeres” is a bungalow located by the south coast of Menorca in one of the best residential areas of the island, Cala Bosch, only 20m from the ocean. It is a perfect place for families with children.
It has a spacious kitchen with all electronic equipment provided, a dining room with a sofa bed, 3 double bedrooms (one with a king size bed) and two full bathrooms.
Furthermore, there is a large terrace, a big solarium and a pool of 10x5m which is protected by a fence so that the little ones cannot access it without adult supervision.
It also has a portable barbecue.
Setting
About 20m away you can enjoy the beautiful rocky coast where you will find only locals. Here you can spend your time snorkeling in the clear waters of the island.
In 500m distance you can find a lake built into a port for yachts which is full of free time activities (like water parks, boat rentals) and many important shops and places (supermarkets, bars, restaurants, pharmacy..).
Only 100m away is one of the 5 active lighthouses of the island, a beautiful tourist attraction where you can go and enjoy the wonderful Mediterranean sunsets and have a snack in the restaurant that is in the lighthouse “Faro Cap d'Artruix”.
Located 800m from the bungalow you can find two beautiful beaches, Cala Bosch and Son Xoriguer, with fine white sand.
Activities and attractions
If you love adventure, nature and animals, you can go horseback riding through the “Camí de Cavalls” located 1.5km from the residential area.
There is also a possibility to go on kayak excursions or do stand up paddling. A water park and racetracks are located 300m from the bungalow.
The nearest town is Ciutadella which is 10km away and one of the most ancient cities of the island. You can visit the historic center with mansions, alleys and squares and take a stroll around the port after trying some of our typical menorquin dishes including "caldereta de langosta" (lobster stew) in one of the numerous restaurants.
