The accommodation

This house is a typical stone house of this region. It was built at the end of the 19th century and has only been gently renovated.
The living room, bathroom and kitchen are on the first floor.
You are welcome to use the fireplace in the living room, wood can be found behind the small garage.
The kitchen is simply furnished and you are welcome to use it. Drying cloths and washing-up liquid are available.
On the upper floor there are two bedrooms and a small seating area on the terrace. Enjoy the peace and quiet and the view from the terrace.
Bed linen and towels are included.

Setting

The house is located in a country estate. There is another vacation home on the estate.
The large park has valuable centuries-old olive trees and a large number of fruit trees. The two vacation homes are surrounded by pine trees. Enjoy the unique tranquillity and the view.
The estate is located in the immediate vicinity of the medieval town of Sant'Elpidio a Mare.
The sea is also nearby and can be reached by car in 10 minutes.

Activities and attractions

Many medieval villages and towns invite you to get to know the diverse culture of the Marche region.
Hiking is possible in the national parks of the Sibillini mountains for all levels of difficulty.
The Adriatic Sea invites you to swim, for young and old.
The regional cuisine is highly recommended, as only local produce is used in cooking, for example: olive ascolane, stuffed, deep-fried olives
