Max 4 seats. 150 meters from the beautiful beach of Santa Maria del Focallo, blue flag and green flag because it is child-friendly, detached house for rent consisting of a single room-kitchen room with sofa bed, bathroom with shower and double bed. the house opens onto a private courtyard of approximately 70 m2 equipped with table, chairs, umbrella and barbecue. a pleasant open space to relax in. the apartment is equipped with wifi and air conditioning. car parking under the house or possibility of entering the car in the courtyard.
the house is located 4 km from Pozzallo and Ispica, about 20-30 km from Modica, Ragusa and Noto, cradles of Sicilian Baroque. Near the house there is no shortage of restaurants, shops, supermarkets and takeaways. the beach is totally free, there are two beaches where you can rent deckchairs and umbrellas.

Along approximately 20 km of coastline towards Marzamemi you can appreciate almost private coves, cliffs, and nature reserves (Vendicari and Porto Ulisse quagmires). towards the other side of the coast (towards Marina di Ragusa) it is possible to reach Scicli, Sampieri, Punta Secca all areas that hosted the set of the "Inspector Montalbano". Near the house there is no shortage of restaurants, shops, supermarkets and takeaways. the beach is totally free, there are two beaches where you can rent deckchairs and umbrellas.
