House located 800m from the coast. It occupies the first floor of a villa, being independent of it. It has a living area of 95m². It consists of two bedrooms (one with double bed and one with 3 single beds), two bathrooms with shower, and an open space of approximately 50 m² for living room (with sofa bed 2 places), dining room and kitchenette.

It has its own garden area with excellent views of the Picos de Europa.

The house is located in the neighborhood of Sierra de Ruiloba, 800 m from the sea in an area of cliffs, and in a rural setting with scattered houses. The building is located on the top of a hillside, so it enjoys privileged and wide views of the valley and the Picos de Europa.
