The air conditioning system is new, changed in autumn 2023.
The kitchen is fully equipped, there is the table (not shown in the photo), the refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine etc ...
From the living room and from the kitchen you can access the terrace.
The building is equipped with an elevator.

The apartment has an underground parking.
The complex is of recent construction, which allows our guests to have better service and enjoy more both in the apartment and taking advantage of the stays of the community area.
