The apartment is fully equipped, with attention paid to its youthful décor style and design, seeking to achieve the greatest comfort to offer travellers a pleasant stay.

This flat offers:
Two bedrooms, once with a double bed (1.40m) and the other with a truckle bed. All the mattresses are brand new and both bedrooms are quiet, street facing and with lots of natural light. Both have a double-glazed window.
There is a living-room between the two bedrooms with a sofá, TV and small library area.

It has a spacious kitchen-dining room fully-equipped with electrical appliances (dishwasher, washing machine, oven, ceramic hob, coffee-maker, household items, etc.), and a full bathroom with a bath tub and bidet.

The surrounding area has shops and food stores (Eroski Center across the street and a chemist some 40m from the building lobby) and lots of bars and restaurants to enjoy Basque gastronomy.

Activities and attractions

Barakaldo is a city full of parks and gardens, with inviting pedestrian routes whether you prefer cycling or walking. Next to the apartment are the Munoa Park and the Gorostiza Sports Park, where having barbecues is allowed. Also, it is a zone of a passage of the North Camino de Santiago.

The "Bilbao Exhibition Center" and the Hospital de Cruces with its university residence, have turned Barakaldo into one of the most important cities in the Basque Country.

Paradise for nature and sports' lovers, since many beaches can be easily reached in the surroundings. Ideal for surfing, Playa de la Arena (municipality of Muskiz) is about 18 km away, while Playa de Ereaga (municipality of Getxo) is 10 km. Apart from surfing, you can take up canoeing, volleyball, and sailing amongst others. But, undoubtedly, Ereaga is well known for the beach soccer tournaments that are played here.

The city of Bilbao is only 10 km (10 minutes). Culture, cuisine, artistic festivals and local festivals, a special highlight for Semana Grande Festival, that make this city quite an interesting travel destination.
