This beautiful house is on a hill, only 250 meters away from the beach, and with fantastic views to the sunset *over the sea*. The entirety of the rear of the house faces the sea.
It is just a four minute walk to the beaches of Santa Catalina (Vistahermosa, Las Redes…) and to the one of Fuentebravía.

It’s an independent house, with a large garden. It’s situated in a private street with access to just five houses, in the Urbanization of El Manantial, only four minutes away from the shopping centre of Vistahermosa or six minutes away from el Puerto de Santa María.
Enclosed garage for one car and two additional parking spaces next to the house, in the private street.
Moreover, it has one parking space beside the beach in Fuentebravía, in the private parking of the Urbanization.

The house has four bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of then within a suite, and additionally one bathroom in the ground floor. It has the capacity to hold up to 8 people. It has a spacious living room with a chimney and a wide bow window with views to the sea. The kitchen is very bright and spacious, as well as equipped with all the necessary utensils. It has a dinning area for eight people with a bow window that faces the sea.

The exterior has an exceptional position, as the house is in an east-west axis, this makes the stay within both of its gardens, the front and the back one (with fantastic views to the sea), very pleasant, as the house protects them, even when there is wind.
The back garden is very spacious, with spectacular views to the sea, it has a covered porch which a dinning area and an outdoors living room. In addition, the front garden is also equipped with an outdoors dinning area.

Setting

The house is within the Urbanization of El Manantial, a very calm area that contains all of the necessary services. It is 200 meters away from a small but complete shopping centre (supermarket, pharmacy, newspapers, bars, food to take away, hairdresser….).
As well as from a bus stop to Vistahermosa y el Puerto de Santa Maria.

Really well communicated, 4km away from El Puerto de Santa Maria, 2 km. away from road A-491 (it connects via a higher to Jerez, Sevilla, Cadiz, Chipiona, Sanlúcar…). 12km away from Jerez’s airport and only one hour and fifteen minutes away from Sevilla’s airport.

Five minutes by car to Puerto Sherry (sailing, restaurants …) and really close as well to some tennis and padel clubs and horse riding centres. Less than 25 km. away of around 30 restaurants selected by the Michelin Guide.
Really close to a wide array of golf courts (Vistahermosa, Sherry golf, etc.) and less than 30 minutes away by car from others such as (Sanlúcar Club de Campo, Novo Sancti Petri Golf, etc).
