The accommodation

Wifi free./hi, i'm a beautiful house divided in 3 little houses. From 1 to 8 persons. In the old part of the town of níjar, well equipped and maintaining the rural constructio style typical of the region. It's patio is private (30 square meters) and only it's share with the little houses that formed the construction.
How special are they?
i tell you: 1. The house itself is special, spacious, remodeled and the architectural style of the area, with andalusian balcony. From the kitchen there is access to a private patio.
2. We listen to your wishes: wish you want, and only if you do not want to take you out, tell us and we will try to make it happen: for example. Do you prefer forget to shopping for a few days? or only the day of arrival? we can buy products for you and put them in the fridge and when you arrive, relaxing will be possible.
3. We have wifi and allow you to access it without pay more money.También you will of our tv on demand, internet access.
4. Pets: if traveling with pets will appreciate that you told us something about it before we arrived, so that if other homes are occupied, ok request of the other guests. To us love !, but listen to those who visit us, we consider fundamental.
5. Power consumption: we have a policy of responsible consumption, so consumption is included up to a limit daily (5 € / day), a higher consumption - in 90% of visits this limit is not to be at a cost superado- , according counter step that you have accessible housing and would be paid at the end of the stay)
5. We are a good starting point for exploring the natural park and its beautiful landscapes, bays, beaches and corners (some famous locations of known films). The distance between nijar and the beaches is 22 to 28 kms, easy walking distance drive by motorway + stretch of road in good condition and swimming with little fish swimming in clear water.
6.- its courtyard is private and shared with people who are staying in any of the 3 houses that form the building called la casa del cinema in nijar. With barbecue you can use freely (wood are not included in the price), nor cleaning after using it . If you prefer we can clean after using (the price for cleaning barbacue = 10 €).

The house is in the old town Nijar, to be accessed by motorway . It is equidistant from everywhere of the Natural Park with beach ( you must drive between 20-28 kms from house to arrive these places by motorway and quite roads).

• From 22 kilometers the mediterranean coast, belonging to and protected by the Nature Park of 'Cabo de Gata - Nijar', which is one of very few places in the Mediterranean, where you can enjoy a scenery of virgin beaches and a crystal clean sea.
• Good communications: Both the Highway and several local roads lead to Nijar, located 30 kilometers east of the province capital Almería.
