Recently renewed apartment. Very lightfull with huge windows. Very quiet and high floor. 2 bedroom: sea view kingsize bed room and east side views 2 bed room. This last room has a readibg place sofa bed that can host a 5th guest. full equipped kitchen with wash&drying machine, dishwasher, oven, etc. Big leaving room with magnificent views of the city, the river and the sea. Bizone leaving room with sofa and tv area (fold and hide tv) and chill out reading nook that can be converted into a tea table with views.
Pc desk zone with foldable table, including hdmi conection to the tv, internet cable.

Baby seat and bathtube under request.
2 wash rooms: A full equiped bathroom with extra large shower tray and a toilet with basin
Bicicle parking room in the basement.
Garage for 1 car downstairs (within the building)

Setting

5 min n walk to the beach and to the city centre (Buen Pastor Cathedral). Very well connected, It is 50m far from the main train and bus station. The Tabakalera International Cultural Centre is just around the corner, and the biggest park of the city (Cristinaenea) is also 1 minute walk. Ciclying lane downstairs in flat area accesing everywhere (old town, beaches, riverside,...)

Every facility around: pharmacies, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, playgrownds, sport centers, Cristinaenea green Park and Tabakalera International Contemporary Cultural Center. Very convinient transportation hubs with main bus and train stations at 2 minutes walk.
