The accommodation

This modern and attractively furnished villa sleeps six , including air conditioning throughout. The villa is uniquely designed with open plan living and with an unusually large/spacious kitchen for this style of Spanish villa.

Stylishly decorated throughout this villa has a fully equipped kitchen/Dinning room, lounge with a smart tv, WiFi internet access.

Accommodation:
The generously sized living/dining room with bay window and blinds is comfortably furnished with 2 large sofas and occasional tables, TV, wifi.

Kitchen:
Extra spacious air conditioned kitchen with side mood lighting, includes a glass dining table which seats up to 8 people. Equipped with high speed Bosch induction hob, fan oven and large fridge freezer. Also a coffee machine, toaster, kettle, iron and ironing board, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and hand vacuum cleaner. A door leads outside to the rear of the property.

Bedrooms:
The master bedroom offers a king size bed and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. There is a large chest of drawers, bedside tables, lamps,fitted wardrobes, mosquito nets,air-conditioning.

Bedroom 2 also has a king size bed, This bedroom has bedside tables lamps and large fitted wardrobes, mosquito nets, air-conditioning.

Bedroom 3 has twin beds, beside table, lamp and a smaller wardrobe,mosquito nets, air-conditioning.

All bedrooms have air conditioning as well as roller blackout blind and fitted mesh at the windows for worry free ventilation.

Outside:

The inviting swimming pool, measuring 9 x 5m with Roman Steps, takes center stage amidst a tiled terrace and mature gardens. An outdoor dining area, complete with a dining set seating six, along with a brick-built BBQ, presents perfect opportunities for al fresco dining. Additional garden amenities include four sun loungers, side tables, and sunshades, providing a serene outdoor haven.

For added enjoyment, Villa Maravilla offers a push bike and a basketball net, allowing you to indulge in leisurely rides or friendly games, enhancing your overall experience at the villa. Revel in the beauty and entertainment possibilities that await in this extraordinary retreat.
Experience enchanting evenings with dusk-to-dawn lighting that bathes the garden in a warm glow, while spotlights accentuate the magnificent Yucca trees, creating a magical ambiance.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate groups under the age of 25 or pets at this villa.

Setting

Villa Maravilla is just a 5 minute drive away from the area of Los Gallos here you will find local shops, tapas bars, bakery, Pharmacist and restaurants.

3 large supermarkets are also less than a 5 minutes drive.

Unspoiled beautiful beaches are a 10 mins drive away the Costa de la Luz beaches at La Barrosa and Roche are among the best in Spain.

Activities and attractions

Conil is a small seaside town and fishing village with lots of excellent restaurants only a 20 minute drive away.

Including San Andres golf there are 8 excellent golf courses all within a 45 minutes drive.

Seville – cathedral, palaces, parks,picturesque streets and squares (1 Hour 30 Minute).

Jerez – interesting town,sherry bodegas-Gonzales Byas, Domecq and many more,horse show and pleasant avenues (40 minutes).

Cadiz-port,harbour ,cathedral and cobbled streets/squares (30 Minutes).

Puerto de Santa Maria-old town,fish restaurants and ferry to Cadiz (40 Minutes)

Vejer-beautiful white town with squares and walls (30 Minutes).
