The accommodation

Typical Majorcan house with Mediterranean character.

It has 3 bedrooms, two with double bed (one with en suite) and the third with two single beds. The spacious living room is a perfect place to enjoy local products family.

Just 1 km from Artà has a clear view, which of course, provide much privacy. It has a lovely garden and lawn and a terrace that surrounds the pool of 32m2. It has easy access and has easy parking outside.

Wifi available throughout the plot.

With every change of guests the whole house is treated against Covid 19 viruses.
Disinfectants are available at the gate to the property and at the house entrance.

Setting

Artá is located about 70 km from Palma and 76 km from the airport.

Very known is the annual medieval fair held in this area. The weekly markets in nearby towns are a typical place for walking and shopping and culinary craft. It is recommended to buy in furnaces or bakeries that produce these people and good bread and delicious desserts.

It is quite near Manacor with its famous Caves of Drach Porto Cristo and its beaches Son Serra de Marina and the nearest, the Colonia de Sant Pere. This is a rural and very genuine Majorcan resort and very quiet core.
