45 m2 plus large terrace of 10 m2 with awning. 2-4 people.
1 bedroom with 2 beds and living room with double sofa-bed. Kitchen-office complete with oven, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, small appliances and fully equipped with kitchenware and utensils. Complete bathroom with shower-bathtub and washing machine. Very large terrace with 2 folding tables, chairs and hammock.
Air conditioning and flat TV wifi.
The price includes parking, final cleaning, sheets and towels.

Excellent apartment for 2
My wife and I rented this apartment for 4 weeks from mid September 2018. The apartment is a little tired in places but is very clean. Ample space for 2 and a generous supply of equipment. From cutlery crockery and pans to cleaning materials (cling film,foil washing up liquid,washer liquid, bleach, kitchen and bathroom cleaning liquids etc. Security is good with cctv and three locks to get to the apartment. The adjacent Blau Mar Hotel supplied free wifi ( in weekly segments for 2 phones\tablets). E mail comms with the owner were excellent though Google translate was needed. You get just what you see in the pictures - amazing location We would happily return to this apartment in the future. Thankyou Maria
