The accommodation

Luxury apartment situated by the sea on the beach of Lavadores. Located in a modern building facing the Atlantic Ocean in Vila Nova de Gaia-Oporto region-near the mouth of the Douro River.

This 3 bedroom apartment accommodates 6 people and is rigorously new. It is located on the first line in front of the beach of Lavadores, the modern area on the coast of Vila Nova de Gaia. Ideal for holidays or short stay and also a great place to live.

It features a large living room and kitchen, with 30 square meters of sea-facing balconies and surrounding the entire apartment, where you can relax, sunbathe and admire the sunset. The room is equipped with comfortable and modern sofas, has a Home Cinema system, cable TV with more than 150 channels and free wireless Internet access of 100 Mb/S. The spacious kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances, equipment and kitchen utensils. It also has a laundry room.

All divisions of the apartment has a state-of-the-art air conditioning system and the balconies are paved with IP wood deck.

The 3 bedrooms are equipped with king size beds and super comfortable mattresses to allow for a deep and relaxing rest. One of the rooms is a suite with complete bathroom. The others are large double rooms, also offering a complete bathroom with Jacuzzi and a WC. All rooms have sea-facing balconies and you can enjoy the magnificent view from each of the rooms.

Setting

A relaxed beach environment. An extension of 15 kms of white sandy beaches, cycling lanes and jogging along the beach that can take you to the caves of the world-famous "Port wine", just 6 km from the apartment.

A children's playground is less than 400 metres away, by the sea.

The apartment is located next to local seaside restaurants, bars and cafes, bakery with hot bread and pastries; It is 500 metres from the mouth of the Douro River, where it meets the Atlantic Ocean, a place that is also habitat for many species of birds, being a nature reserve; It is 5 km from shopping centres, 3 km from golf courses, 6 km from the historic Oporto area and nightlife, with bars and live music. The city has been awarded the distinction of best destination in Europe by international tourism magazines. A view to "Night of the Oporto" is therefore "mandatory".

An automobile, though advisable, is not indispensable. A bus stop with 2 lines and periodicity of 30 and 20 minutes is immediately in front of the building.
