The accommodation

Vecchio Marino 1 comfortable two-room seaside apartment with patio, barbecue, sleeps 4, color TV, washing machine.

A security deposit of €200 in cash must be paid at check-in, the same will be returned at check-out after checking the state of the property and the furniture that decorate it.

If, upon returning the keys, the presence of damage to the furniture and/or the property and/or its appurtenances and/or lack of equipment is detected, the sums necessary for the relevant restoration will be deducted. If it is not possible to ascertain the extent of the damage at the time, the deposit will be retained and returned later by bank transfer with presentation of the relevant supporting documents for the sum withheld.

The access of animals of any type and size to the property is strictly prohibited;
