The accommodation

The accommodation is a first floor without lift, very bright, clean, fully renovated, there are 3 bedrooms (1 with bed of 1.10 wide and 1.90 long and 2 others of 1.35 wide by 1.90 long), in the living room sofa bed for 2 people, maximum capacity for 6 people, in the master bedroom there is a large cot, ideal for families.
The kitchen with breakfast bar is equipped with fridge, microwave, oven, gas hob, kitchenware, coffee machine, large table 1.40 m long by 90 m wide, 6 people can sit at the table.
WIFI, sheets, towels and air conditioning (this works with limiter, 6 hours free daily, then 1 euro is charged for 2 hours of service, we do not seek to profit but that the client makes a conscious use of this service).

Check-in is at 4 p.m. and check-out is not later than 11 a.m. The timetable can be flexible if no other guests arrive on the day of departure.

This flat is registered in the register of tourist flats of the Valencian Community with number VT-36962-V, category Standard, and its rental does not include the provision of services of the hotel industry.

The accommodation is only 1 minute walk from the Malvarrosa beach, miles and miles of fine white sand, great promenade with a wide range of restaurants, ice cream parlours, entertainment venues, about 10 minutes walk we have the marina that should not be missed given the beauty of the environment both day and night.

The neighbourhood has all kinds of shops such as pharmacies, tobacconists, greengrocers, butchers, opticians, shoe shops and 2 large supermarkets.

1 minute from the bus stop that connects to the centre and 5 minutes from the metro.

Entrance to the flat at 4 p.m.
Departure at 11 am.
These schedules can be flexible if it does not coincide with the entrance or exit of other clients, please consult.

At the beach and marina you can practice sports such as sailing, beach volleyball, rent a catamaran etc.

The air conditioning works with coins, 6 hours a day for free, after that, it works with coins, 2 hours 1 euro.
Our aim is not to make a profit, but to ensure that our guests make a conscious use of this service.

Smoking is not allowed inside the flat, you can smoke on the 2 balconies.

No parties, events or disturbing the neighbours are allowed.

On departure please leave the flat as it was handed over. Take the rubbish down.

Estancia en Fallas 2017

Casa muy cómoda y bien decorada, bien dotada de buen menaje de cocina y el baño bien equipado, también en cuanto a la ropa de cama. Bien situado muy cerca de la playa, 100 metros andando y también bien comunicado con el centro de Valencia en bus o metro. Estuvimos muy bien y la casera, Isabel muy agradable y dispuesta.
