A three-room apartment with sea view is offered in a panoramic area in S. Maria di Leuca, overlooking a suggestive natural canal (Canale del Pardo), very close to the sea (about 50 m) and in the center; (Crossroad of Via Doppia Croce, or SP 124, with Colombo seafront), in the immediate vicinity of all the main services and shops (Emergency Room, Pharmacy, Tourist Port, Market, Restaurants).

Due to its central location, it is ideal for those who, starting their holiday, never intend to use the car.

The apartment consists of a large and bright entrance, air-conditioned living room with double sofa bed and kitchenette, air-conditioned double bedroom, bedroom with bunk bed and a bathroom with shower cubicle.

The exterior, measuring over 35 m2, offers a panoramic view from a large equipped terrace, with awning and further external shower, from which you can enjoy a spectacular panorama (you can see the lighthouse with the Basilica, the marina and the extreme edge of the heel of Italy: Punta Meliso), garden furniture, deckchairs and barbecue. 4+2 beds.

The apartment is located on the 1st floor. Access is from an internal staircase where the three-room apartment and a two-room apartment are located, separate and independent with the possibility of combining them.

How to reach the apartment:
A14 motorway to Bari, exit at Bari Nord toll booth. Merge onto the Bari ring road and then onto the "Bari - Brindisi" highway (SS 16) following the signs for Brindisi - Lecce. At the gates of Lecce, take the "west ring road" and continue towards the SS 101 towards Gallipoli, then the state road 274 towards Santa Maria di Leuca.

On the train
Lecce station is served by Eurostar and intercity trains, with bed and sleeper services from the main Italian cities. Once in Lecce you can continue either by train to Gagliano del Capo via the local train of the south-eastern railways or by bus.

By plane
By plane you arrive in Brindisi, from which you can then continue by train or bus. Brindisi airport is far from S.M. About 120 km from Leuca.
