The house is 330 m2 and has two floors with 6 bedrooms, study, 4 bathrooms, spacious lounge, kitchen, terraces, patios, barbecue, private parking for several cars and vast veranda with sofas and dining table overlooking the sea Mediterranean.
It is a unique place for gatherings with family or friends. Perfect with children. Capacity of 13 to 16people.
The house is fully equipped. Bath and pool towels, and sheets are provided.
The house has spectacular views of the sea, the mountains and the village of Mojacar and most of the house faces south. It is located 300 m from the beach and five minutes walk from a supermarket, shops, restaurants and bars.

The house is located just 5 minutes walk from the beaches of Mojácar, restaurants and shops. There are many miles of beautiful beaches all around. Attractions are the beautiful villages of Mojácar and Bédar with its narrow cobbled streets of Moorish architecture, the small coastal villages of the surroundings and the fantastic Natural Park Cabo de Gata which has one of the most beautiful coastlines and ecological wealth of the western Mediterranean.

The climate is mild and sunny with 3000 hours of sunshine a year.

In the area there are several golf courses such as the Valle del Este, Desert Springs and Golf Marina. In the area there is also a water park and in Mojácar you can do all kinds of water sports.
