Torre detached furnished with garden, ideal for holidays. At 50 meters from the beach, 300 m from the marina, next to supermarket.
Plot of 1200 m2, with four bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, utility room, lounge room, two terraces, large garden, pediment, swimming, large porch of 160 m2 with barbecue and table tennis.
There is also the possibility of occupying a separate apartment on ground floor with double bed, no extra charge. Within the plot fit 3 cars.

We have just enjoyed a stay at the villa. the layout is great, pool well looked after Walter was very helpful. the plumbing in the downstairs apartment is a problem as it will only allow liquid waste in the toilet, so we had to use the toilet where the washing machine is. Ideal location for the beach, local bars restaurants. If going further afield their are frequent buses. A word of advice if you are flying to this villa make sure the taxi drivers from the airport know where they are going, we had difficulty explaining where the address was even with satnav we ended up two streets away.

The problem with the toilet has been resolved. Some roots of the garden had clogged the drain.
Cambrils july 2014
We stayed 2 weeks in this perfect located villa. It was for many years we were looking for this kind of villa nearby the beach and the center of Cambrils. Very nice pool, nice garden and all the space needed to park the cars and for the children to play. We had some difficulties with some of the plumbing but this will be repaired so we already booked for the next year. Very good communication by mail with the owner and on site with Walter. Twice a week pool and garden are maintained
