The building is in second line of beach 200 meters from the sea.

The apartment is in 4th floor, 81 m2 floor space (including a terrace of 12 m2) with 3 bedrooms, (one with one bunk, 2 beds, one of two beds and master bedroom), 2 baths (master bedroom bath with whirlpool and another with shower), living room (sofa bed and addtinal matress in floor), fitted kitchen, terrace and parking space (basement).

Sheets for the occupants and towels for the bathrooms are not included in the rental price, but the company that performs the key delivery and collection service can be hired for this service.

CRIB FOR BABY.
The apartment has a baby's crib. Its cost is € 20.00 per stay.
It is a travel cot with a mattress of 60 cm approx.
Please note that sheets are not provided for this cot.

CHECK IN – CHECK OUT
The check in at the apartment is from 17:00 and check out not later 11:00.
The reason for this is for having enough time to leave everything ready, because until 11:00 am the previous tenant will be in the apartment.
If the apartment is free the previous day or if I left everything ready before 17:00 I have no problem in entering early.
The matter check out at 11:00 is for the same reason.

The schedule of delivery and collection of keys (without extra cost) is
Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 14:00 and 17:00 to 20:00
Saturday from 10:00 to 14:00
Sundays in August from 10:00 to 14:00:

If you reach the apartment outside of these hours there is an extra cost to be paid in cash to the person making the delivery of keys in the apartment.

The opening period of the pool is variable in the summer months, from June to September.

As you also may see, except a room with two beds and two bathrooms, other rooms are exterior.

-. The apartment has three bedrooms, two bathrooms (one with jacuzzi), kitchen, lounge, terrace and garage in basement.
-. Fully furnished with wardrobes in all bedrooms and all appliances, refrigerator, washer / dryer, oven, microwave, grill, dishwasher, one AA appliance, TV, stereo (radio and CD player) and safe.
-. The apartment also has iron and ironing board and string clothesline on the terrace of the apartment, in addition to the roof at the top of the building
-. The building has two swimming pools (both with children's and adult zone), showers, toilets and playground.

It's in second line beach 200 m. the sea, very close to the leisure tourism zone of Magic Word (hotels, bars, cafes and disco music) and close Mercadona (big and cheap supermarket) (500 m).

Of course you can enjoy all the services offered by Magic Word, the Beach Club and its magnificent indoor and outdoor spas.
In addition, there are 7 amusement parks and entertainment areas for children and adults
1 Magic land amusement park.
3 water parks: Sports, SplashAdventure and Polynesa.
3 parks for children: Play Zone Park, Pet House, Enchanted Garden.

Sports facilities: Multi-sports area with 2 multi-sports courts for indoor football, basketball, handball or volleyball, 6 petanque courts, ping-pong table, mini-golf, 8 tennis courts (6 Quick surface and 2 GreenSet approved), 6 paddle tennis courts (4 glass and 2 demur) and 2 squash courts.
the children's entertainment or the free musical performances outdoors in the nights of the Magic Word gardens and the night parades of floats and lights that are almost every summer night also free.

Although the maximum occupancy is 8 people, (5 adults and the rest must be children).5 is the best because there are 5 beds and it would not need to use the sofa bed in the room (the sofa bed is for sleeping two children).
I do not know if the price fits your budget, but I assure you that the apartment is in perfect state of cleanliness and maintenance and that the stay will meet yours expectations.
Naturally I ask the tenants to care for the apartment and they must leave it in the same state of order and cleanliness in which it was found, including appliances, bathrooms, floors etc..
