The house enjoys a fantastic location just 2 streets away from the Mediterranean sea where you can enjoy uninterrupted views all day including spectacular sunsets.
There are a variety of bars, restaurants and supermarkets close by as well as a bus stop with regular services to Ciutadella and the Cala'n Bosch marina is within comfortable walking distance.
Activities and attractions
Just 5 minutes walk away is the Aquarock water park open between May - September.
From the Cala'n Bosch marina you can take a boat trip along south coast of the island and there is a regular bus service to Ciutadella.
