The house consists of one room on the ground floor, flush the soil with a garden, equipped with a comfortable sofa bed and fireplace, dining area and kitchen equipped with a small bathroom with washing machine and shower!
A practical spiral staircase leads to the upper floor where there is a nice bathroom with bath, a double bedroom and a dormitory that can accommodate, in different types, up to 5 single beds and overlooks a small terrace overlooking the garden!
The garden is large, private and fenced, with barbecue and equipped with tables, rocking chairs and umbrellas!

Setting

The area below also is part of the house, a wild meadow where to park some cars.
The house is situated in the village of Montjovet, distinctively historic village, on a human scale and, above all, the children, with a typical restaurant, a bar and a chapel with regular religious services.
The house faces south, so with a good insolation throughout the year .....
Montjovet is located a few kilometers before Saint Vincent, handy for various activities such as the New Baths of Saint Vincent, the Natural Park of Mont Avic, the many castles of the Bassa Valle d'Aosta, the valleys of Cervinia, Champoluc, Gressoney and Champorcher.
