Villa Mediterranea is ideal for those who want to easily reach the wild beaches of the Reserve of Torre Guaceto. Only 6 km, the road ends at the reserve, one of three in Puglia! Arriving at this place you’ll be struck by the monumental olive trees encountered along the road leading to the beach. You are in the immediate proximity of the Golden Park! The villa is in a farm inhabited area of San Vito dei Normanni, and it is 900 meters from the popular social restaurant 'X Food' which has an agreement with our agency. Stop off here also in the morning for breakfast with delicious hand-crafted croissants.
Thanks to a recent renovation, the villa has new lines. Who likes to enjoy the garden view here there is a veranda of 60 square meters shaded by a lush fuchsia bougainvillea. Inside there are 3 bedrooms of which no. 2 doubles and 1 room with two bunk beds, a spacious living room, n. 1 kitchen and a large bathroom with shower. Outside there is a large veranda furnished with tables and chairs, a large square, 2000 square meters of garden, orchard and pine forest. The villa has a washing machine and barbecue. Every Monday in the city of San Vito dei Normanni there is a big market. Take advantage of buying fruit and vegetables directly from the farmers. Many fishmongers, one in particular prepare fried fresh fish takeaway. A 4000 mt Serranova purchased the famous semi tomato, grown in the reserve, land free from poisons. Thanks to its properties it has been introduced in the prestigious line 'Slow Food'.

Setting

• San Vito is the city of 'Rezza '. Stop watching the entrances of houses covered by 'Rezze', 'strange objects'. There is even the habit of housewives to stay inside their homes, behind the rezza , to see and hear what is happening outside, without being observed.
