The accommodation
This is a beach villa with private pool and yard, only 2 minutes walk from the beach (150m) and 10 minutes drive from Comporta. This two-storey villa is ready to host 13 guests, sleeping in 6 bedrooms, three of them ensuite, and one extra bathroom.
There are two dining areas, inside and in the backyard.
On the large living room you will find a pool table.
The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a Nespresso coffee machine (capsules).
Outside you will find a BBQ as well.
Hotel quality bed sheets, shower towels & WiFi internet are included.
Fiber optic Wifi internet measured speed was (51.13 Mbps) next to the router. please note that the wifi might not reach to cover all the house.
**MINIMUM STAY**
7 nights - high season- periods from Saturday to Saturday only
**House Rules**
Just like in a car, children of ALL ages and babies count as people. More people than the maximum number established will NOT be permitted in the accommodation.
Pets are not allowed allowed.
Smoking is NOT ALLOWED
Late check-in fee: between 20H30 and 24H00 is 30€; between 24H00 and 8H00 is 45€
